Sally McNulty will return to the SRO TC America championship for her sixth season - the second in the TC class - and will pilot the #780 Hyundai Elantra N for experienced team GenRacer. Sally therefore aims to continue her positive trajectory after a widely competitive season in 2023, with McNulty claiming her first podiums of her professional racing career.

"I have signed on for a full season with GenRacer in a brand new Hyundai Elantra N for the 2024 racing season", McNulty announced. "I will be competing in TC America and fighting for the TC class championship!"

"Big thanks to Borla Exhaust, Liqui Moly, Hyundai USA, Dorman Products, Blaster, JEGS, and AST for making this season of racing happen!"

A first generation racer, McNulty climbed the ranks of the TCA class, where she scored four top-five finishes and finished eighth in the driver's standings in 2022, having moved mid-season to the eleventh generation Honda Civic Si HPD.

In 2023, Sally entered a new partnership with GenRacer and switched to the Hyundai platform, driving the #780 Borla Exhaust Liqui Moly Hyundai Veloster N, stepping up to the TC class.

After a top five at debut at Sonoma, she then topped her best finish with a fourth place at NOLA Motorsports Park; the series of top-5s continued at COTA, before a breakthrough weekend at VIR: Sally in fact secured her first career podium on Saturday in race 1 - only to collect one more trophy one day later, with a remarkable performance that proved the immense steps forward and the hard work put in by the American racer.

From track days and working on her own car, to local NASA competitions and ultimately to SRO podiums, Sally McNulty's progression has been impressive and, towards the end of the 2023 season, she made her TCR debut with four appearances in IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, where she claimed a P8 as best finish.

With the help of an experienced team that claimed 8 class wins last year - and after her development as a driver, McNulty has the chance to contest for top positions in the TC class. Certainly, her #780 machine won't go unnoticed on track, as it will sport a new colorful livery.

The 2024 TC America season kicks-off on April 4-7th at Sonoma Raceway for the first out of seven double headers on some of the most iconic North American circuits: Sebring International Raceway hosts the second round, before COTA in May. McNulty will return to the place of her first podiums at VIRginia International Raceway in July, then will head to Road America, Barber Motorsport Park and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where the season finale will be held in October, in support of the 8H of Indianapolis.
