Sabré Cook is set to embark on her third season in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America, joining the highly successful JDX Racing team for the full 2025 campaign.

Returning to the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car, Cook is eager to make an impact in one of North America’s most competitive sports car championships, after a highly promising step up in 2024, when she finished 11 of the 16 races within the points, including 8 top-ten finishes.

Cook, a Shift Up Now athlete, first made her debut in the Porsche one-make series in 2023, when she transitioned full time to sports cars following a single seater stint that saw the Colorado-native also competing in W Series.

In her first season, Cook - who was recovering from a back injury, impressed with quick adaptation to the car as well as the series, and secured two top-ten results with a sixth place at Miami as her personal best. Unfortunately, her campaign was cut short by a big accident at Indianapolis, where she was collected by another car at speed forcing her out of the last two rounds.

Sabré returned to the Porsche Carrera Cup North America grid in 2024, steadily battling in the overall top ten and establishing herself as one of the most solid drivers in any conditions.

Building on this experience, Cook will aim to continue the progression in 2025, with a new team.

“I’m beyond excited to join JDX Racing for the 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America season,” Cook said. “JDX has a proven track record of success, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to race with such a top-tier team."

"The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car is an incredible machine. I’m looking forward to pushing myself, adapting to work with the team, delivering great performances, and improving on results from last season. I can’t wait to get started at Sebring.”

The 16-round season kicks off at Sebring International Raceway from March 12–15, where she will make her first start for JDX Racing.

"The thing that has impressed us the most is Sabre’s tenacity in pursuing her goals in Motorsport", said team principal Jeremy Dale. "She has faced many obstacles, yet nothing ever holds her back. Porsche Carrera Cup North America is an incredibly competitive championship, and we’re excited to see what she can accomplish in a JDX Porsche.”

The 2025 schedule features some of the most iconic circuits in North America, in support of IMSA as well as select F1 GPs. Cook was the first woman to race in the series, and will again be part of the Porsche Mobil 1 Female Driver Program in 2025, as confirmed by Porsche Motorsport North America.

"We’re looking forward to providing support, advice, and education for these female racers across all levels of Porsche one-make racing this year", added Porsche Motorsport NA President and CEO Volker Holzmeyer.
